this is a general overview of the process we will go through if you choose to work with me. once i'm given a job i start as soon as possible but there are certain stages where i'll also need feedback and your approval before i can move foward. we will both be partners for a short time until we reach our destination and are completely satisfied with our result.

proposal

work begins with a proposal from you for my work and follows with a proposal from me. from you i will need a description of your project. we can meet in person if time permits or we can communicate through the web. i will then review what you have proposed and get back to you quickly with a proposal of partnership of my own or i may have to gather some additional information from you before i can press foward. if my proposal is acceptable, then we can proceed to the next step.

brainstorming

this stage is where i'll be doing very basic examples and designs for you to approve of. i'll most likely have a few examples with different ideas and themes. we both want a project that has the information you need but also a design that speaks for you or your company.

approval

in this stage i'll present you with my thoughts and ideas in person or by web contact to get your approval. if anything needs to be changed i'll go back a step and present you with the changes as quick as possible.

production

when i get your approval i'll begin working on your project as soon as possible and quickly reach to a desired result. this is the longest step of the process and if you have any questions or wish to know how your project is coming along feel free to contact me and i'll be glad to update you on your project's progress. the greek philosoper Epictetus said "no great thing is created suddenly" and this is no exception, but i will work to get you your project asap.

post-production

we will once again meet and based on your feedback i will do some final tweaking to your project to get it exactly as you invisioned. if needed, we'll go back and forth until the result is perfected. if no more changes need to be made then we have reached the end of our partnetship process. when the project is complete i will then add it to my portfolio so others may see it as an example of my work and our sucessful partnership.

as i said this is a general guideline for the project design phase to give you an idea of how smoothly things will go. depending on the type of project some of the steps may be uneccessary.
